- For Europe, estimated delivery is 5-7 working days. Delivery times by country are shown in the table below.
- For delivery to the US and Canada, please shop on our US site.
- For delivery to Australia and New Zealand, please shop on our AU site.
- For delivery to the UK, Asia and Africa, please shop on our Rest of World site.
HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
- Delivery is free on all orders over €300 to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland, and free on all orders over kr 4,000 SEK to Sweden.
- If your order is under €300 (or kr 4,000 SEK), or you are ordering to Cyprus or Malta, delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and the products in your basket.
- If you are unable to complete checkout, or we are unable to provide a delivery service for your order, please email [email protected] and our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

- For customers outside the EU, local taxes and duties may apply to your order on arrival in your country. These are not included in the total price and must be paid to receive your delivery.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF ITEMS ON PRE-ORDER?
- For bespoke items (Whiskey Bars and Custom Chandeliers), please expect your items in 4-6 weeks.
- For out-of-stock items, please use the guideline dates provided on our product, basket and checkout pages.
